Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed by since your intial purchase was received, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of your ZENORITY product.
In order to receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as received as well as the original receipt.
Once we have received and inspected the returning product, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2- 5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
